Who We Are
Humanitas Solutions was born in the field.
In 2010, Dr. Abdo Shabah served with the Canadian Red Cross during the devastating Haiti earthquake. As an emergency physician, he experienced firsthand the lack of technical support and its consequences on lifesaving outcomes.
Determined to change this, he returned to Canada and assembled a team of innovators who shared the same vision. By 2013, Humanitas Solutions was officially founded with one goal: to create technologies that empower frontline workers.
Today, our team of researchers, engineers, developers, and designers brings together expertise, compassion, and creativity—all united by a single, determined purpose: building technologies that protect and improve lives.
