VERTEX HAPS — High-Altitude Platform System

Persistent, high-altitude platform that blends connectivity, real-time monitoring, and sustainable edge compute. Integrates with HyperXSpace for simulation and mission management; pairs with the NDC edge to deliver private, secure 5G networking and AI at the edge. VERTEX VTOL — Fixed-Wing VTOL “Mothership”

A 25 kg MTOW (Maximum Takeoff Weight), 90-inch wingspan fixed-wing VTOL with a hybrid power system (gas generator + LiPo), cruising ~100 km/h for 2+ hours. Acts as a mobile aerial hub: launches multiple interceptors, extends operational range, and hosts edge AI for swarm coordination, radar/LiDAR obstacle detection, and encrypted mesh comms. Supports BVLOS, dynamic routing, and integration with FAA UTM / NAV CANADA ecosystems.

Interceptor Quadcopter — Attritable Counter-UAS

A lightweight (<700 g), high-speed interceptor with an aerodynamic “water-drop” shell and 5-inch props / high-RPM motors for agility and ~20 min autonomy. Deploys in-flight from the VTOL for rapid response; offers kinetic or net-gun payloads for non-destructive capture and evidence recovery. Achieves up to 250 km/h engagements at ~3 km ranges and 2,000 ft AGL (Above Ground Level).
